What sits on each plan, what the Marketing Suite adds and what it costs, what Jobber opens up through its API, and which pieces of it could be run alongside Jobber rather than inside it.
The Marketing Suite is one add-on holding six tools. It is sold as a bundle at $99 a month and the pieces are no longer available separately. It is included at no extra cost on the Plus plan and can be added to any other plan. Two things sit outside it and come free with every Jobber account: a hosted website and a basic marketing dashboard.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| Reviews | Connects to the Google Business Profile and asks for a Google review automatically — when a job closes, when a visit is completed, or when an invoice is paid in full. It goes by email, text or both, and two reminders follow on their own, three days and five days later. A client is only asked once every six months however many visits they have. New reviews land on a dashboard with an AI-drafted reply ready to edit and post. |
| Campaigns | Email marketing built off the job data already in Jobber. Segments can be cut by when the last job was completed, which services were on it, client tags, city and lead status. Campaigns go out either as a one-off or automatically whenever a client meets the conditions, and an AI generator drafts the subject line, body and button from a one-line description. Up to 15,000 recipients per campaign. |
| Referrals | Each client gets a referral link of their own inside Client Hub. When someone books through it they are added as a client with the referrer recorded against them, and the referral credit — a fixed amount or a percentage — is applied to the referrer’s next invoice automatically once the new client pays. The dashboard tracks referrals, the jobs that came from them and the revenue. |
| Job Showcase | Turns a completed job into marketing content, pushed to the Jobber website, Facebook, the Google Business Profile and email in a few clicks. |
| Social Posting | Scheduled posting of recent work and updates to Facebook. |
| Marketing Plan | An AI-built calendar that reads the account — services, completed jobs, customers, schedule — and recommends what to promote and when. Everything is drafted for approval; nothing publishes on its own. |
Jobber prices by team size as well as by plan, so the figures below are the five-user tier, which is the one that fits a crew. Core is a single-user plan and is shown at its own rate. The monthly column is the no-commitment price; the annual column is the standard rate when a year is prepaid; the promotional column is the discounted rate covering the first twelve months under the offer running until 31 August.
| Plan | Users | Monthly | Annual, per mo | Promo, first 12 mo | Marketing Suite |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1 user | $49 | $29 | $21 | Add-on |
| Connect | 5 users | $199 | $149 | $105 | Add-on |
| Grow | 5 users | $299 | $229 | $161 | Add-on |
| Plus | 5 users | $499 | $399 | $280 | Included |
| Core | Scheduling, quoting, invoicing, online payments, online booking, a website and reporting. |
|---|---|
| Connect | Adds automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, quote and invoice follow-ups, job checklists, time and expense tracking, QuickBooks and Xero sync, Zapier. |
| Grow | Adds two-way text messaging with clients, the custom automation builder, job costing and profitability, automatic time tracking, and quotes with images and optional upsell lines. |
| Plus | Adds the Marketing Suite, Pipeline and the AI Receptionist at no extra cost, plus the files and media library, automated job costing, premium support and unlimited onboarding. |
| Add-on | Per month | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing Suite | $99 | Campaigns, Reviews, Referrals, Job Showcase, Social Posting, Marketing Plan |
| Pipeline | $49 | Lead and quote tracking in one pipeline view |
| AI Receptionist | $29 | Answers calls and texts, takes requests, books jobs |
All three are included on Plus. Bought individually on Grow they come to $177 a month on top of the plan.
Jobber publishes a full developer platform, and it is the reason any of this can be joined up to what already runs outside Jobber. The account is the source of truth either way: the jobs, the clients and the invoices stay in Jobber, and anything built alongside it reads from there and writes back to it.
| What it is | A GraphQL API on a single endpoint, secured with OAuth and versioned by date, published openly at developer.getjobber.com. There is no charge for it. |
|---|---|
| What it reaches | Clients, properties, requests, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, expenses, timesheets, products and services, and users — read and write. |
| Live triggers | Signed webhooks push an event the moment something happens in the account — a client created, a job updated, a payment landing on an invoice — so nothing has to poll for changes. |
| Headroom | A 10,000 point query budget that refills at 500 a second, and 2,500 requests every five minutes. Well beyond anything a single cleaning operation generates. |
| Approval | A private integration built for one account needs no app review and no listing. It only goes through Jobber’s review process if it is connected to more than five paying accounts. |
| Building it | Jobber issues free 90-day developer accounts with full API access, so an integration can be built and tested before any plan is committed to. |
| The one gap | The Marketing Suite’s own data — campaigns sent, reviews collected, referrals — is not exposed through the API, so it cannot be pulled into the monthly report. |
Taking the six tools one at a time, this is where each would sit if it were run alongside Jobber rather than inside it, and how far along that already is. Most of this is ground Echo already covers for Summit through the Google Business Profiles, the email platform and the social accounts — the new part is the join to Jobber, so a finished job in Jobber sets the rest going.
| Capability | How it would work | Where it stands |
|---|---|---|
| Replying to Google reviews | Reviews are read and replies are posted straight to the Google Business Profile through Google’s Business Profile API, with the reply drafted in Summit’s own voice and approved before it goes. | Running on the Echo platform today |
| Asking for the review | Jobber fires a webhook the moment a job closes or an invoice is paid. That triggers the email or text carrying the Google review link, with the same reminder pattern behind it. | Would need building |
| Email campaigns | Segments are pulled from Jobber over the API — the same fields Jobber’s own segments use — and sent through the email platform Echo already runs, from Summit’s own domain. | Available now |
| Social posting and job showcase | Scheduling and publishing to Facebook and Instagram already sits inside the Echo platform, with the content produced alongside the rest of Summit’s marketing. | Available now |
| Referrals | Referral links and the tracking around them are straightforward to build. The part that is genuinely Jobber’s is the credit landing on the referrer’s next invoice by itself, because that reaches into Jobber’s own invoicing. | Links yes, automatic credit no |
| Marketing plan | What to promote and when is the ground the monthly report and meeting already cover. | Available now |
Outside the Suite the costs are the sending and the hosting rather than a licence: email delivery, text messages at roughly a cent each, and the small service that listens to Jobber. At the volume a residential cleaning book generates that sits in the region of $10 to $30 a month, against $99 for the Suite. The build behind it is the one-off.
| Currency and tax | Every Jobber price is in US dollars and excludes sales tax. One US dollar is $1.377 Canadian today, so the Marketing Suite lands near $136 CAD a month before GST. |
|---|---|
| How add-ons bill | Add-ons are monthly only and cannot be prepaid annually, so the annual discount never applies to them. They also cannot be added during the free trial. Cancelling keeps access to the next billing date, with no credit or refund. |
| The annual discount | Prepaying a year takes up to 40% off the plan. That offer is advertised as ending 31 August. The promotional rate covers the first twelve months, then the standard annual rate takes over. |
| Users | Core is a single user. Connect, Grow and Plus include five. Anyone beyond that is $29 a month each, on any plan. |
| Card processing | Jobber Payments charges 2.9% + 30¢ on cards, 2.7% + 30¢ on tap to pay and 1% on bank payments, on every plan. |
| Two details inside the Suite | Campaign emails send from the company email address and the reply-to cannot be changed. The review request text message can only be reworded if the account has a dedicated phone number. |
| Zapier | The Zapier connection starts at Connect. Core has the app marketplace but not Zapier. |
| One thing to confirm | Jobber’s plan comparison lists “API Tour with API Access” against the Plus plan only, while the developer documentation sets no plan requirement anywhere. Worth a written answer from Jobber before a plan is chosen. |
